What we do

Helping others is a core component of what we do.  We serve others by assisting them with the financial shortfalls.  

Our State has thousands of veterans and many of them have stepped up with a program or project to empower other veterans.  Their individual programs and projects help veterans achieve new skills, deal with emotional or physical disabilities, provide a service to our veterans, and more.

We also work with the American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and others through their North Carolina Departments and programs.  

You can help us in two ways.  

    First, share with us your firsthand knowledge of community programs that support our veterans.  Maybe we can help with financial support or connect them to a resource that can.

    Second, consider making a personal, estate, or legacy donation to the Foundation.  

If your company or employer has a matching funds program, nominate our Foundation.  We are an approved IRS 501(c)(3) Charity.  Our administrative expenses are nominal.  That means that most of what you give goes right to work helping others.
